Having been cared for by this surgery for around two years, it is fair to say that it is of a very high standard. Reception staff are efficient, and in my case, went the extra mile to ensure I received a particular treatment on a Saturday. Getting an appointment, as with most surgeries, can be a pain having to spend, sometimes, quite a lot of time getting through. But I have always got an appointment on the same day.

I have great faith in the doctors and staff at Central Surgery. Dr Alwan looks after my medical needs and he always seeks assurances from me regarding my understanding of my condition and of any proposed treatments. I feel he takes a personal interest in me and thus gives me confidence that I am being well looked after.

Receptionists leave a lot to be desired. Very difficult to get an appointment with a specific doctor. In spite of this when you eventually get an appointment Dr Alwan and Dr Turner are fantastic, it makes such a change to see a doctor who actually listens to you and doesn't patronise.
